The Three Sisters Poem

The Three Sisters

Hope
is a reassuring whisper in
the thick of the storm.
She is the soft embrace
of invisible arms
engulfing us
when we feel alone.

Hope asks
that we find
the strength
to keep her alive
even when everything
says we will fail.
She brings the key
that unlocks the door.

Faith
would have us
close our eyes
and open our hearts.
She says,
bring those
boots-shaking,
death-defying,
impossible to beat
challenges
to my door.

Faith asks us
to bow our heads
and release our troubles.
She manifests the miracles
unlocked by Hope.

Love is the seed,
the branch,
the roots
and the tree.
She is the land
and the sun,
the moon,
the water,
the air.

Love is the pulse
of the universe
finding
synchronicity.
She is the breath
that breaths
life into the Cosmos.
Love asks for nothing
but our total surrender.

Love lets the miracles
unlocked by Hope
and manifested by Faith
carry us into eternity.
