Ke-ola wanted to play and eat all day long

Ke-ola says
"It's always a good time to eat."
If Ke-ola's appetite is an indication of how he is feeling he must be feeling great. Three cups of kibble, one cup of rice, Kefir, 1/2 cup ground beef three times a day and he is still hungry. He hasn't stopped wanting to eat or play since he got home from the Hospital. He is a very playful and fun loving dog. And he's always happy to see you.

Ke-ola loves the entire family but his bottom goes crazy when he sees his human foster brothers. It's like all he wants to do is to make up for lost playtime (in-between meals, of course). Roland took him for a walk early this morning and Ke-ola loved it. It is a great way for them to bond and really helps Ke-ola calm his energy.

Today was about eating and moving and practicing basic commands. We have a nice long den so Ke-ola got to play with us and get some running in but not get overly tired. He also enjoyed his sun time out front. He loves to stand close to you and look up at your face as the sun shines down on him. He is very sweet and enjoys soft loving caresses as much as he loves to play.

Ke-ola looks thicker! YAY!
His nose seems clear and he is breathing much better. We still have the humidifier on for him and coupage to help move the last bits out. He is also on antibiotics. He'll be seen in a couple of weeks for his followup but so far he looks much healthier.

Thank you for visiting. Wishing you and your pack peace today and everyday.

  1. I think he wants some egg and Spam over rice. I am so happy he is doing better.
